Normal TR capacity has been computed on the basis of water circulation rate of 4 USGPM/TR at 95.5-90-83 0F conditions.(1 USGPM=4.543 LPM)

Performance is based upon installation in an outdoor location and absence of near by structures, which might prevent free air movement.
All models are available in light pastel Green /Grey/ Blue colour normally to match environment, other colours can be made available on special request.
Cooling Towers:
 Cooling Towers are Bottle Type/ Square Typein counter/cross flow design, ideal for large application with multiple cells.The maintenance of AEC Towers is very easy and cheaper than others. The towers can be installed at roof also.

Cooling Towers are designed for reducing the water temperature by using an air stream with minor evaporation to reuse precious water in process industry.
 Fiber glass reinforced plastic ( FRP ) body in attractive looks. Aesthetic, Compact Design and Light Weight. The Tower is highly efficient and corrosion proof. Designed and Constructed for minimum maintenance and long life.i.e., 400 % more than constructed tower. Able to operate in aggressive environments and resistant to water borne contaminates. The design is highly rigid against strong winds. Uniform distribution of water by unique mechanism. Honey Comb PVC Fill ( High efficiency fills) gives low pressure loss and thus economical to run. Minimum drift loss of water. The fan is specially designed to reduce noise. HDG/ Epoxy coated steel hardware. Inspection window for inspection in runnning position in case of square tower. Capacity from 5 TR to 500 TR in sigle shell and above in multi shell. |
